Dear Parents or Guardians,

When you enroll your child(ren) in the school, you are buying a slot in a specific program. A signed contract reserves your slot for the entire school year. Your tuition is expected on the 1st of every month and should always be paid in full. Our rates were set with the expectation that parents would take vacations and that our center would be closed for Christmas week and July 4th week. Additional Care

Drop-in service is available: This service is available for registered families needing additional care during the week. If space is available, you can drop off your child for additional time. Please contact Maryanne to see if space if available before you make your plans. Drop-ins are used for select days and are not contracted for the year.

Other Costs

• A Fall registration requires a Joyful Noises designated security deposit and a non-refundable annual registration fee
  of $50 for one child or $75 for more than one child.
• A Summer registration requires a non-refundable deposit
  of $100 for one child and $150 for more than one child. This will, however, be applied to your August tuition.

Extended Day

This service is also available for registered families needing additional time past the core program. This option can be used on select days or contracted for the year if space is available. Please contact Maryanne if you would like to take advantage of one of the following options:

Parents are responsible for the time slots for which they enroll or until their slot can be filled.

Other Costs

• A fall registration requires a Joyful Noises designated non-refundable security deposit and a non-refundable registration fee of $50 for one child and $75 for two or more children.
• A summer registration requires security deposit of $100 for one child and $150 for two or more children. This deposit will be applied to your August tuition.
  

Late Payments

Tuition payments are due on, or before, the first of each month. Please contact Maryanne immediately if you think you may have trouble making a full tuition payment. For payments not made on the first of the month, our policy is as follows:

• Payments that are more than seven (7) days past due will be assessed a late payment fee of $5.00 per day commencing in day eight (8).
• Accounts greater than 15 days past due will receive a copy of our tuition policy and be reminded to make payment.
• Accounts that are not satisfied by the end of the tuition month will be considered in arrears. The child’s slot will be forfeited and the security deposit will be forfeited.
• The school reserved the right to take legal action for the collection of unpaid school tuition and fees. Parents will be held responsible for all cost of collection of unpaid fees, including court expenses and attorney fees.
  
  

Late Pick up Fees

Joyful Noises will charge $1.00 for every minute after your scheduled time. Our staffing is scheduled to meet state regulations for Teacher to Child ratios. Unscheduled late pick-ups could put Joyful Noises in jeopardy of violating those regulations and could pose an unsafe situation for our children.

Return Check Fee

Joyful Noises will impose a fifteen dollar ($15) fee for every returned check.

Discounts

Families with more than one child are eligible for a ten percent (10%) discount. This discount will be deducted from one child’s base tuition rate. It will be deducted from the lower of the rates. Discounts may not be combined. Families on voucher programs may not receive a discount. No discounts are given for drop-in times.

Contract Days

A contract day is an extra full day a parent may purchase on a monthly basis, provided space is available. For instance, if your child attends Joyful Noises in a Mon-Wed-Fri program, you may request a contract day for Thursdays. If there is space in that classroom your child may attend on Thursdays for the month.

Any child currently enrolled at Joyful Noises is eligible to sign up for a contract day.

• Contract days are only reserved on a monthly basis.
• Contract days are only given if space is available.
• Contract day requests may be made on or after the 15th of the month.
• Contract days will be held for you only when you have received a confirmation letter and have paid the month in full.
• Contract days are the same price as tuition.

Half Day = 8:30 - 12:30
Full Day = 8:30 - 4:30
Extended Day = 7:00 am - 8:30am OR 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

**Costs are determined based on your core program and will be determined by the Director.
